The
rates published are weekly rates,
during the high season, weekly
lettings are from Saturday to
Saturday. The cottage is available
from 2pm onwards and must be be
vacated at 11am on the day of
departure for cleaning. For off peak periods we
may be able to be more flexible on
arrival dates. Weekends not normally
available in high season. Oil Fired
Central Heating is included in
the rates.
Electricity is charged at cost price
15 cent/unit ,
(this is to encourage energy
conservation i.e. switching off
lights etc)
Terms
and conditions:
A non
refundable deposit of 100euro/£70 is
required to secure the booking. The
full amount is then payable by
cheque a minimum of 30 days before
arrival or by cash immediately on
arrival, this includes a 100 euro
security deposit in respect of
damage or loss to the cottage or
contents. which will be refunded on
departure.
